Does Bob's Red Mill offer unenriched products?

We primarily offer products which are not enriched, but there are a few that are enriched due to the processing of the product.

The following products have been enriched (including added folic acid):

Vegi Soup Mix

Creamy Wheat Farina (conventional only)

All-Purpose Unbleached White Flour (conventional only, the organic version is not enriched)

10 Grain Bread Mix

Homestyle Pancake & Waffle Mix

Classic Yellow Cake Mix

Decadent Chocolate Cake Mix

Golden Cornbread Mix

Fudgy Brownie Mix

White Chocolate & Strawberry Pancake & Waffle Mix

Chocolate Chip & Banana Pancake & Waffle Mix

In our product line we have the Nutritional Yeast which is fortified with folic acid (fortified is when nutrients are not present or present in small amounts so they are then added whereas enriched means adding nutrients back to foods that lost them due to processing) but most of the other products on the list use enriched flour- flour that was refined and then had to be enriched due to losing part of the whole grain. Any enrichments (including folic acid) found in our products will be indicated on the ingredients list. If enrichments are not added to the label, they will not be present in the product.
