The majority of our products are grown and sourced in North America, with some of our products being grown and sourced internationally. All of Bob’s Red Mill products are packaged at our World Headquarters in Milwaukie, Oregon.
We do not list the country of origin on our packaging because, throughout the year, the supplier and origin of a product may change. This can be due to supply issues, changes in vendor, quality control, and availability.
We order the packaging material for our products in large quantities, so all the information on the label needs to be up to date and correct when ordering. Due to the possibility of the supplier or the country of origin changing for a product, we do not list the country of origin on the packaging. If the supplier or country of origin happened to change, then any packaging material already purchased for a product would be incorrect and unusable, thus causing unnecessary waste.
