What is the difference between Golden Flaxseed Meal and Brown Flaxseed Meal?

We have Brown Flaxseed Meal and Golden Flaxseed Meal available, as well as Organic versions of both. The products are made from a Whole Brown Flaxseed and Whole Golden Flaxseed, then milled into a meal. Below are links to these products on our website.

The only difference between the Brown and Golden Flaxseed Meal is the flavor of the product. Some of our customers' comment that the Brown is a little nuttier in taste, while the Golden has a more mild flavor. Nutritionally speaking, there is virtually no difference between the two so it is more a matter of preference of taste.
